An award to be given to a particular Tech-Community in Port Harcourt. Tech Communities have proven to be a major contributor to the growth of tech ecosystem across the world. It is a recognition for a Tech-community that made so much impact in the tech-ecosystem in 2023 especially in terms of quality and number of programs organized, structure to help beginners grow, partnerships with other brands, team structure and leaders’ profile.

This award will be given to a Tech-StartUp that was launched in 2023.
It is in recognition of a Tech StartUp in Port Harcourt that launched successfully and made significant progress in 2023 especially in terms of customer acquisition, valuation, market penetration, team structure and scalability.

Getting kids/teens to acquire a Tech skill and prepare them for the future ahead, is not an easy task. Despite the challenge, some brands have chosen that niche, they have been committed to helping kids acquire tech skills, create innovative products and leverage technology to achieve their dreams. Thumbs up to them. One of these tech hubs will be recognized and awarded this year.

2023 was quite a tough year for lots of people and teams. Kudos to everyone who launched out a tech company and drove through the year with so much impact while gaining tractions and executing excellent go-to-market strategy. At the Techrammy awards this year, we will identify and recognize a tech brand that launched in 2023 and have prospect of scaling and dominating.

From year to year, they have been resilient, committed and consistent in delivering their brand promise. They have churned out so many products being used by numerous individuals and companies and/or delivered top notch services to numerous clients. They have reached continuously towards excellence. We celebrate these brands that have continuously and resiliently led the way, set the right standard and have helped put Port Harcourt in the map.

So many young people have committed to volunteering for tech companies, tech events, tech project etc. They do commit their time, energy and money to help achieve the ultimate objectives. We are giving a big hug to all the amazing volunteers out there. This award is designed to recognize and appreciate those who did lots of volunteering in the tech space in 2023.

They saw the future. They took the risk. They paid the price. The cleared the path and showed the light for others to follow. They committed resources and mentored so many. They laid the foundation and gave so many rising stars in the Tech ecosystem their shoulders to stand on. They are our legends, Our Pillars of Tech in Port Harcourt. They are so many but we will recognize 5 of these legends and we appreciate them for showing us the way.
